Nestlé USA – Why Work For Us?

Nestlé is…

...the world's leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness company. Our mission of "Good Food, Good Life" is to provide consumers with the best tasting, most nutritious choices in a wide range of food and beverage categories and eating occasions, from morning to night.

For well over a century, our commitment to producing foods that uniquely fulfill people's needs has been the secret ingredient in everything we make. It's the right amount of heartiness in our STOUFFER'S® entrees, and it's what makes our NESTLÉ® Hot Cocoa Mix so satisfying on a cold winter day.

I have been working at Nestlé USA full-time

Lots of training, and lots of opportunity if you are willing to move.

As with most large food companies, it's hard to adapt to changes in trends quickly, which can lead to hard years as the business learns to adapt.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Nestlé USA in September 2015.

Submitted Resume at Job Fair. Had an interview the next day. Two people interviewed me, one HR and one Supply Chain. It was mostly behavioral questions and a few questions about my resume. Behavioral questions were pretty standard, but there were a lot compared to previous interviews i had. Ended up not getting a second interview.
