Jay Gardner leads the NetIQ Business Unit and is responsible for engineering, product management, marketing, technical support, sales and operational functions as well as the business's market vision and business strategy. He brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and technology strategy to the organization. Prior to joining NetIQ, Jay served as a venture advisor for DFJ Mercury. He is also an 18-year BMC Software veteran, where he served in a variety of positions, including vice president and general manager of the BMC On Demand business unit and CIO. Prior to the CIO role, he held a series of sales and worldwide operations positions that supported the company's significant year-over-year growth.

Jay earned his Master of Business Administration degree and bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Christian University.

Sergio Toshio Mituiwa is responsible for leading the regional sales teams, channel partner ecosystem, marketing, professional services and enabling customer success for Attachmate, NetIQ, Novell and SUSE across Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Toshio has had a distinguished career within the organization since joining in 2004, most recently serving as Brazil Country Manager for the Attachmate Group. Previously, he spent 14 years with Deloitte Consulting and brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience as well as a deep breadth of knowledge of enterprise software. Toshio holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Sao Paulo (FIA), and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Boris Ivancic has been with the Attachmate Group since 1999 and is responsible for all NetIQ activities in the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand, China, India and Singapore. Prior to joining the Attachmate Group, Boris was the sales director for Australia and New Zealand for Lotus Development and also held various sales and channel management roles with Compaq.

Boris holds an electrical engineering degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University).

LuAnn is responsible for the global Human Resources function for The Attachmate Group affiliate companies, including NetIQ. With over 25 years of Human Resources leadership and 10 years in high-tech, LuAnn supervises and facilitates the companies' integration strategy, organizational design, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Prior to joining NetIQ and The Attachmate Group, LuAnn served as Vice President, Human Resources at Healthways where she managed the development of HR strategy and operations, and rationalized the integration of multiple companies through M&A activity. In addition to these roles, LuAnn has acted as Vice President of Operations for HR Logic, an HR consulting firm, as well as Director in Human Resources for Schaller Anderson, a privately held hospital and healthcare management company.

LuAnn holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master in Organizational Management degree from the University of Phoenix.

As vice president of product management, marketing and sales operations at NetIQ, John Delk is responsible for the teams spanning the company's overall product and go-to-market strategy, marketing, pricing, packaging and future direction of NetIQ solutions in the areas of: Identity & Access Management, Security Management and Data Center Management. Previous to this leadership role, John's purview included NetIQ's global alliances, Americas partner organization and service provider strategy and partnerships.

John has a long, distinguished career in high-tech, holding a number of sales, marketing and management positions. Prior to NetIQ, John led the field teams at Novell focused on data center solutions, including solutions for enterprise Linux, data center consolidation and optimization, virtualization and cloud management. Prior to Novell, he served as vice president at EDS and managing partner at BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting. In this role, he was responsible for leading global sales and marketing teams that developed industry-leading capabilities focused on effective use of technology for enterprise customers in the finance and telecommunications industries.

John holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science from Furman University.

John Milbank leads the North America sales organization for NetIQ. He brings over 28 years of experience leading sales and services organization in the high technology industry. Prior to joining NetIQ he ran sales organizations for both IBM and BMC software for 18 years. The experience was augmented by his participation in two successful startup ventures, Business Systems Group and Emptoris.

John holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in computer science from the University of Maine.

Ton Musters is responsible for all NetIQ sales and channel activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. For over a decade, Ton has held several management positions focusing on international sales and marketing. His most recent role was vice president of Sales and Marketing and general manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Attachmate. Based in the Netherlands, Ton has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked for Xerox, Tandem and Compaq.

Ton holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the HEAO in The Hague, Netherlands.

Ron Milton is responsible for leading professional services, technical support, product-line sales engineering, education and training programs as well as online communities at NetIQ. In this capacity, Milton is responsible for programs to ensure customers realize maximum value from NetIQ solutions. With over 25 years in the technology industry, Ron joined NetIQ from International Data Group (IDG), where he drove operations and strategy for Computerworld, InfoWorld and ITWorld as their executive vice president. He also served as chairman of the board of trustees for the Computerworld IT Awards Foundation. Previously, Ron has also held a variety of Marketing, Sales and Channel Management positions at GLA Computer Systems and Bull HN Information Systems.

Ron holds a graduate diploma for Strategic Marketing Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia University.

Baha Masoud is responsible for driving research, development and innovation efforts at NetIQ, and leads the global engineering and architecture organization.

Baha joined NetIQ in 2011, serving in various engineering leadership roles focused on NetIQ Identity, Security and Access Management products. Prior to joining NetIQ, Baha spent more than 11 years at Novell, serving in a variety of engineering and management positions.

Baha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University, where he minored in Math. He also completed a Harvard Business School leadership program.
