    I worked at Network Equipment Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)


    One of the best things about NET/Sonus was the people. During my tenure there was excellent cross department support on all issues. The product development process was well thought out and documented and in the last few years was WEB based. During my employment I was provided with several opportunities to expand my skill set and job knowledge in several disciplines.


    The biggest issue faced was development schedules. For whatever reason issues would come up that would cause schedule slips which in turn put pressure the downstream development activities make up for the slips.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Network Equipment Technologies (Redwood City, CA) in June 2010.


    Referred by an employee who was an acquaintance. Quite straightforward process, believe I talked to the hiring manager and one or two of his staff. Pleasant, no curveball questions, didn't feel uncomfortable or unprepared.

    • It's so long ago I don't remember any specific questions that came up, but my memory is that there wasn't anything that I felt unprepared to handle.
