I have been working at Network Health Plan (Wisconsin) full-time for more than 3 years

Positive work environment, diverse workdays, and quarterly "fun" events.

Workload can be overwhelming, and timelines aren't always within reason due to the lack of employee resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward your associates and get them from the bottom of their pay range to the middle as quickly as possible.

    Marketing Manager Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 days - interviewed at Network Health Plan (Wisconsin) in December 2010.

    Interview Details

I interviewed for a Marketing Manager position that had been vacant for some time. My first 1:1 interview was with the hiring director, and went very well (I thought). I felt our personalities connected. The second 1:1 interview round was with the senior director and another department manager. While I felt I made a good connection with the Sr. Director, I did not come from the industry. There was a heightened sense of urgency to jump start the team and get various programs up and running. While I believe I could have more than perfomormed the job, I was not offered the position. This position has been vacant for about 9 months, and it is my opinion that they are being too rigid in their criteria. It seems to be centering around the management of a single employee and getting that person back on track. Strange, but if their "Mr./Ms. Right" comes around, it seems like a positive place to work.
