I have been working at New Balance full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Outstanding strategic plan and Sr. Management vision for future. Great opportunity to lead and grow in entrepreneurial space. Ownership willingness to invest in future growth. Strong values that ownership insures are core to everything we do. Great, competitive people to work with.

    Cons

Very few. Must be willing to be agile, self starter, and one that can build future infrastructure while growing current business.

    Interview Details

I came in to get an application after I read about an opening online. The guy immediately asked "please don't be 17" and I said I'm not. I am 16. He said "even worse, come back in 2 years." Why list an opening without putting any job requirements?
