I really enjoy having flexible work hours and the company also allowed you to attend school if you had daytime classes. Great benefits!

It was very hard to cross-train in different departments because each job description was detailed. You were, however, acknowledged for job performance, but knowledge of other department functions and requirements were kept to a minimum.

I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at New Breed Logistics in October 2014.

    Interview Details

Initial phone interview with HR recruiter went well. Asked about SAP and Inventory mostly. Invited in the same day for an in person. To say the least, I should have went to GLASSDOOR before I went in and saved myself a bunch of time. The interview did not start on time. The parking lot security was not aware of an interviewee coming on site. The Break Room# 2 guard was also unaware and could not contact Chad and David. The in person was done by 2 people. Only one asked questions and he stood over me as he did so. The other sat at his computer and ignored me. The desk clerk made me fill out a application that neither even bothered to look at. Although, this was just for supplemental income, I was shocked by the incompetence and disorganization. I will not ever apply to work here again and I will make sure to inform anyone I come in contact with to stay away from the Citation Drive.

Contrary to its name, New Breed Logistics is not new to the logistics game. Born out of a small trucking company formed in 1968, New Breed has transformed over the years into a nationwide third-party logistics services company that provides distribution, inventory, and order management services to companies from various industries. Other services include reverse-logistics (processing returned goods) and supply chain consulting, as well as warehouse storage services (mainly to manufacturers) through a network of some 50 facilities that it either owns or manages.
