I worked at New England Patriots as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Really given great responsibility and insight into Patriot sponsors, planning of important events, and game day duties. Fun environment with passionate people. As an intern I was given a lot of responsibility and helped contribute to one of the biggest events of the year. Learn a lot during a short span of time with a rewarding experience.

    Cons

Unpaid with little hope for a sustainable salary even if you're hired eventually full time. Expect to work long hours as presence is important year round for NE Patriots and Revolution games during the week and on the weekend. This went for full-time staff and interns.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay the little guys a little more for all they do. Even in a competitive space, people product better work when receiving a reward.
