    Pros

Great atmosphere and culture. Felt like a large part of the team and that i was contributing to the overall goal at hand.

    Cons

The pay was low but the experience was worth it. Tough to get additional work and must try hard to set yourself apart.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. The experience was wonderful and I have recommended the internship to many of my peers. A larger work load would make the internship even better.
