    Great co-workers. Owners are client-focused and every decision must answer the question: is this good for our students?


    Easy for staff and teachers to burn out from the workplace intensity, and this can extend to home life....from the student and customer service overload.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More paid vacation for long-term's a very intense work-place and three weeks of vacation a year for anyone with you for five years or more will improve staff productivity.
