Our East Longmeadow, Mass. location is home to Lenox Tools. Here our brand headquarters and manufacturing facilities are housed on the same campus.     Great communication with management. Great people to work with and can develop lasting friendships with colleagues.


    Going through a lot of changes within the organization. C-Suite leadership is not consistent with their message and only care about the current stock price. Bonus structure is always changing. (not to the benefit of the sales force)

    I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Newell Rubbermaid (Atlanta, GA).


    three 30 minute interviews with different people. there was a phone interview followed by the on site interviews. The process took a little while but was no bad. Notification afterwards was pretty quick and the people their were really friendly and willing to guide you if you have the desire to work.
