    healthcare was paid for by employer; large, well known ins co. covered everyone. typical large package of benefits: AD &D, 401k (no match), vacation/sick days, etc.


    little to no monetary raises as healthcare costs kept rising; stagnant setting; backwards operations; no upward mobility.

    I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeksinterviewed at Nexsan Technologies (Montreal, QC (Canada)).


    Got contacted after meeting with a rep at a career fair. First wrote a software test which remains the same as described by the the other reviewers. Then, got called into an ~2hr interview where I met with HR, R&D director, and group leader in sequence (1-on-1).
