    Product: You can't sell in something you don't believe in, and I didn't have that issue here. Co-Workers: Very friendly place to work. Though I was remote, I never felt like I was with my co-workers. Management was a different story.


    Pay: Much less than competitors. Management: Communication was non-existent. Poor planning. Poor strategy. Training: I don't want to say it was throwing a lamb out among wolves, but it was close.

    Advice to Management

    You have to not only create effective strategies, you have to communicate it with all your employees.
