    Pros

    It's not hard labor. Management (for the most part) treats you fairly. You also get a paycheck every couple of weeks. That's a bonus I guess....

    Cons

    Company has high overhead so it's hard for them to stay competitive with rates and fees. They rely heavily on relationships because the product itself isn't nearly the best option out there.

    Advice to Management

    Hire sales reps to cover certain regions. The burden on each individual branch manager to bring in business while running a branch effectively is just too much.
