I have been working at Nicor full-time (Less than a year)

Good pay. Easy job. You get vacation right after you get through probation.

120 days in probation is too long! If you like sitting down all day and doing the same thing everyday you wont really have any problems.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Nicor (Naperville, IL) in February 2015.

I originally applied for the position back in December for the the January start class but was sent an invitation to take an assessment in February. Once I took the assessment I was called a few days later for an over the phone interview and once I passed that process was asked to come in that same week. After the interview I was called the following morning to inform me that I passed and they would like to offer me the position. I would say the process took 2 months just to get a call but the hiring process it self was very quick.
