I have been working at Nightingale Home Healthcare full-time (more than 10 years)

I have worked at Nightingale headquarters for 11 years. Where no company is perfect I would not be here for eleven plus years unless I did not strongly feel this company is fully dedicated to its customers which is the patient. To do that one has to hold all involved accountable at all levels. Employees who point fingers should have the decency to first state what they did not do or sometimes what they did wrong. The easiest thing to do is to point a finger at others. These employees should have the decency to look into the mirror and see why they are never at one job for a few months and best a couple of years. Stop pointing fingers have the courage to first look at your own issues and lack of values. Be accountable like this company is.

The hiring process should be more intense to include psychological and accountability testing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Investigate these anonymous employees and postings and stop the slanderers. Also investigate if they are from the competitors who are jealous of all the achievements of this company.
