High pay compared to other engineering jobs. Company strength shows promise for growth as a company Schedule is 3 weeks on 3 weeks off or 4/4 12 hr days for 1 week is 40hrs regular and 44 over time Live anywhere in the U.S. They pay travel cost (limited maximum) High priority set on training. Some of the training schools can be thousands of dollars. No contract (job depending) Can have significant travel around the world. More hours is more pay so this might be a positive to some.
I can not think of significant cons worthy of inputting that are representative of the entire company.
Advice to Management

I first took an exam where I needed to answer various problem solving questions. The questions ranged in difficulty. I then had a panel interview with the Manager and some other people I would be working with. Most questions were behavior/situational. It was a very positive experience, I thought they did a great job of explaining what they were looking for and asked some great questions to get to know me to determine whether I would be a good fit.
