    I worked at Noetix full-time

    Pros

    The culture and the employees have been the BIGGEST part of why most people love to work for Noetix. Smart, talented, innovative people with creative ideas working together towards a common goal - to make, sell and support products that our customers love.

    We've had our share of ups and downs this past year but moving forward as Magnitude Software, there is a lot of potential for growth if employees are up for the challenge.

    Cons

    Lots of change all at once. Hopefully things will settle down for a bit and level off so that it won't feel like we are always chasing fires to put out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maintain the trust level as much as possible with employees. Be transparent and OPEN....continue to over communicate.

    I applied through other source. The process took 3+ weeks - interviewed at Noetix in July 2012.

    Interview Details

    Phone interview, followed by a second interview with your sales manager, and one in person with multiple separate people; half day interview in-person. It took approximately 2-3 weeks from application to offer.

    Easy. Offered a salary that I though was fair and I accepted. It was not negotiable and they gave me a performance based raise at 1.5 years.
