I worked at Nolo (more than 5 years)Pros
I had high hopes that the former owners sold to a good company, but Internet Brands slashed the staff without consulting existing management. The benefits and time off policy were great under previous ownership, and the colleagues were fantastic.Cons
Staffing was very tight, and long hours were expected. If a coworker left, you were expected to take up the slack, without the benefit of a raise or promotion.

I applied online – interviewed at Nolo.Interview Details
I applied online and was contacted by an HR Representative from Internet Brands, located in El Segundo. Nolo is owned by Internet Brands and it appears that they also do the initial screening of all prospective employees for their subsidiaries. The initial interview process begins with a case study and after correctly answering the case studies, a phone interview is scheduled. After the phone interview, if things go well, you will interview with someone from Nolo. I did not continue with the interview process after the initial phone screening due to scheduling and location reasons.Interview Questions
