    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Similar pay but hours are significantly better than bulge bracket counterparts. People in general are very down to earth.

    Cons

The deal flow seems weak at times.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps a more explicit game plan for the company would be beneficial.
