Good pay for the job people hold. I started at 10.95 as a cashier and within a year and a half moved to $12.40 per hour.
Good benefits as far as 401K, there is the option to do insurance but you have to work over a certain amount of hours continuously.
Management cared and were excellent. When lines were intense the management teams were up in the registers doing everything they could to make our lives better.Cons
Not enough staff to really give the store more potential. With the Customer Service Rep position and many positions in the store you seriously feel like you need another employee to be pulling half the weight. However that is many places and by far this place did the best of the places I have worked.
I found it hard to get promoted to management, however you have to work hard for what you want. However there are opportunities to grow, in different roles you can play to be a key player in the stores growth.
Selling credit and debit cards is tough and it's a part of your annual performance to sell them per shift.Advice to ManagementAdvice

Filled out an app online and they sent me an email setting up a time for a phone interview. Set it up and they called within the time period they said. Phone interview went well and they called me a week later to set up an in person interview. That interview went well also.Interview Questions
