I have been working at North Carolina National Guard full-time (more than 10 years)

After 30 years I can look at long avocation. While in the guard you will have training and tasks that can only be done by a Soldier. Learn/Study, make friends and have the experience of doing jobs and tasks that are interesting.

Promotion in the Army National Guard is slow for the personnel that are in the AGR Program. AGR Soldiers can get stuck in a unit for a while do to the lack of AGR Positions
