I have been working at NorthStar Realty full-time

Very good benefits, friday paid lunches, paid dinner, car Service after 7pm

Management pushes employees to an extreme by putting too much pressure on them to perform. Employees are under constant obeservation by middle management. Significant micromanaging.
Very difficult finance team to work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should be fair in allocating bonuses amongst the various groups and try to compensate employees based on their work output/load and not facetime.
