I worked at Northeastern Illinois University part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is a primarily undergraduate institution with a focus on teaching. Most students are first-generation to college level education, and very eager to learn.

    Cons

Pay is not as high as other private institutions. Parking is difficult for part-time adjunct faculty.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 daysinterviewed at Northeastern Illinois University in August 2011.

    Interview

The interview process was relaxed and simple. This was due to the application process. It involved a series of questions and assignments to test your knowledge of Microsoft office and technology. If your submitted work was done correctly, you pretty much got the job.
