    Great company to work for with a great incentives program to get you to sell more. I loved the residual income program so that even when I'm not selling I'm still making money.


    Long hours and hot summer day. You spend your summer in a different state knocking on doors. It's not too bad though because they make it worth your while with prizes.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the great job. I loved my sales manager and he really made it worth while when I was out in the field. I've worked other sales jobs and this was the best summer that I've had.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Northstar Alarm (Provo, UT) in November 2013.


    I was flown in and given a room for the night at the companies expense. The interview took a few hours as we discussed compensation, work experience, and everything associated with why the opportunity at NorthStar Alarm would be a better opportunity than where I was at the time.

    Honestly, they gave me a strong offer based off of my past performance. I did decline at first, but all things considered, it was the best option for someone who wants to perform at a high level. And that would be me.
