I have been working at Northwest Savings Bank full-time (More than 3 years)
I work with a great manager that appreciates my past experience and knowledge from my many years in banking at a competitor. I find that upper management is very approachable and friendly. I have been given many opportunities to attend continuing education training sessions within my area of work as well as management training. I feel that my home life is important and the company understands that their employees have a life outside the bank.
As with most bank jobs the pay could be better but the benefits package and numerous training opportunities help outweigh that minor issue.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work with the direction the company is going, thank you for making me feel like a valued member of the team!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwest Savings Bank (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2013.
Found an ad for the job on Craigslist and applied online. I was contacted a couple weeks later for the interview. The interview was conversational and friendly, they just wanted to talk and go over some of the things that stood out on my resume.
