    I worked at Norwood Promotional Products part-time

    Pros

    I had no problems when I worked there. It was a part time job that worked around my school hours.

    Cons

    No awful cons at all. Normal corporate office stuff. Petty office politics and what not. But really. You have that anywhere. Everyone has different agendas and is at a different point in their lives.

    Advice to Management

    Give great pay, benefits and bonuses. Be open to new ideas. Don't always worry about number 1 first. All the usual stuff that is hard to do once you become a manager.
