I have been working at Notre Dame of Maryland University (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great leave policies (work/life balance), campus events, diverse community, women leadership

    Cons

Silo-ed departments mean resources don't always get put to best use, workloads can be heavy, training in the university's systems is sometimes lacking for getting simple tasks completed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Overall operational study is needed.
