    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Novatek.

    Interview

The interview was really casual. I went in a suit, but felt a little out of place as everyone else in the building was dressed very casually, so I think it would be fine just going in a collared shirt and maybe a tie for the interview. The questions were pretty general and had to do more with my interests rather than my experience. I think mostly they just want to know that you are a normal person and won't be difficult to work with around the office for any extended length of time.

    Interview Questions

    • Are you willing to work 20 hours a week during the school year?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I wasn't able to negotiate at all.
