Great place to work at. Great salary a management is good. Decent benefits, great staff. Laid back corporate culture.
Hr department is a cluster flock. Really disorganized and unaware of what is going on. Huge gaps in ERP management from base level employees.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Novus International.
Applied for the postition via LinkedIn, and received a phone call from the Hiring Manager one week later. Set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview took about 30 minutes, where we discussed my resume and how it applies for the position. At the end of phone interview, I was told the interview process: 1. Phone interview 2. In-person interview (panel included) 3. Personality Test I was invited to participate in an in-person interview the following week. I received instructions from an Administrative Assistant, including: - Directions - Schedule - Detailed Instructions, including the request to create a presentation to present to the panel During the panel interview, it started off with my presentation which was to last 15-30 minutes. After my presentation, the panel (which included the Hiring Manager, Global Marketing Director, HR Executive Manager) then asked questions as a team. Following the panel interview, I broke off with each member of the panel. Time spent with each: HR: 30 minutes Global Marketing Director: 30 minutes Hiring Manager (Global Marketing Manager): 60 minutes During the interview with the Global Marketing Manager, I had to complete a copyediting test. I was not told when I would hear back from the company. However, I interviewed on Wednesday and had an offer on Friday.
