    Application Details

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at NuVasive in July 2013.

    Interview Details

Lengthy, in-depth interview process. It took ~3 weeks and included three one-on-one interviews with three different people as well as a group dinner and a group lunch. It was a big effort by all involved. I engaged in at least five phone calls and several emails with people in the company in between the interviews. The amount of work that went into the interview process is great insight into what lays ahead at NuVasive: High expectations and a lot of team work.

Salary discussions came at the end of the interview process. I was asked what I was looking for in terms of a base salary and the person who ultimately became my direct supervisor made it happen.
