    I have been working at OHA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    -The work culture makes this place feel like a family, at least in HR, IT, and Finance anyway. The fact that it's a small company (100 employees) helps you to get to know everyone.

    -The work can be especially rewarding at times, due to the fact of its impact in health care.

    Cons

    -Staff Recognition Awards are given out to employees that were overworked as an attempt at compensation.

    -Sometimes the desire for more responsibility/better work is slow to happen/be recognized.
