    Fast Paced Work Environment

    Cons

It is surely hard work. Representing large firms mean you have to follow a ton of rules and regulations. Everything is pretty black and white. I wouldn't suggest this position if you are looking for a j.o.b.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at OLN in September 2014.

    Interview Details

I was told on the phone I would be interviewing for a management position. When I looked at the companies website it was clear it was directed at potential employees and not at clients. When I arrived for the interview it was in a super sketchy office space that could easily be packed up and moved somewhere the next day. It raised major red flags. I am pretty sure this company is a multilevel marketing thing. They say they have lots of different clients but the Nashville office seems to only sell office supplies to small businesses. They have a three part interview process where they won't discuss compensation until you spend an entire day with a sales rep. I couldn't get a straight answer out of the "president" of the company about very much. Weird experience.

    Interview Questions
    • They were all dumb leading questions. Never felt like he was evaluating me as a candidate but rather trying to sell me on a position. Super weird.   Answer Question
