I have been working at OPSWAT full-time (more than a year)Pros
The size of the company and everyone's sense of (product) ownership makes it a great place to work. Leadership is actively interested in employee satisfaction. The open office design is not just aesthetic. Employees are free to knock on the door of anyone in management at any time and truly be heard.
Nice perks like free healthy breakfast and dinner delivery when working late are cool too.Cons
Because of the commitment to excellence, the job can feel stressful sometimes. This pressure sometimes trickles down, but it's usually rooted in good intentions.
Also, the company is lean and agile, so employees must be flexible about pivoting strategy from time to time. Not a con per-se, but something to note.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
