Very thorough - typically 2/3 interviews spanning total of 3-4 hours. Less structured than banks or consulting firms, but you will likely meet upto 5 -7 people in the interviews in some guise.
Aptitude test with a pop quiz on some financial markets knowledge too - ie what is a future etc etc…
