    Great benefits and the ability to gain experience across many different areas of corporate finance


    The divide between folks working in the bullpens and those working in offices is significant--little or no communication between the upper and lower levels. Also, the halls are so quiet it's eery.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Finance is a formal business, but that doesn't mean you can't talk to each other, share a joke, say hello or be sociable.

    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at ORIX in January 2015.

    Interview Details

    They will give you employee application form to fill in. Besides that, they will ask you to answer all personality test questions, calculate financial ratio and answer one questions with essay writing.
