If you are an insider, your work life is easy. There is a real family atmosphere here with the people who live here - some of the most demanding yet greatest people you'll ever meet. Some staff members seem to really care about others.
Favoritism and nepotism exists in a big way here and leads to unequal pay rates and job responsibilities. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is consistent. Ability and results have almost nothing to do with what you earn - it's all in who you know. It seems that those who do the most earn the least and that there's absolutely no promotions or room for growth. Don't get on the wrong side of certain people or you'll be looking for a new job sooner than you can imagine!
Advice to Management
Quit overloading those who already do the most. Weed out people who cannot do their jobs after receiving repeated training. Some of the top management members need anger management training and/or emotional counseling.
