I have been working at Oakland Raiders as an intern

    Pros

Company on the upward swing and changing the culture of the organization. People are incredibly friendly. Good atmosphere.

    Cons

Poor offices and the facility needs to be updated. They do not pay their interns and that makes it difficult to feel as committed.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Alameda, CA
    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Oakland Raiders in August 2011.

    Interview Details

There were only 2 interviews, phone and face to face. The phone interview was with Human Resources and they just wanted to figure out my background and why I wanted to pursue the position at the Raiders. The face to face interview was more about the the Raiders such as a more detailed description of the position and if you think you would be able to handle the situations that arise from this position. Afterward, an acceptance or rejection email was sent a couple days later.

These Raiders are looking to plunder some treasure on the gridiron. The Oakland Raiders professional football team is one of the more storied franchises in the National Football League. Founded in 1960 as a charter member of the American Football League, the team played in the second Super Bowl between the rival leagues (losing to the Green Bay Packers) before joining the NFL in 1970. The franchise has since won three championship titles (its last in 1984). Over the years, Oakland has been home to such Hall of Fame players as Marcus Allen, Howie Long, Jim Otto, as well as... More
