I worked at Oberlin College full-time

    Pros

Friendly work environment and a genuine engagement in making sure workers understood what they were doing and how best to help with problems around the office. Frequent attempts to keep job morale high translated to fun and office cameraderie between the student staff and the managers.

    Cons

Low hourly rate and sometimes condescending behavior from management because so many of their employees were students that were always in rotation. Was offered job perks like overtime that never came to fruition.
