I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Obopay in September 2014.
Ovarall interview process is very eary and they don't follow good standards.
There were 5 rounds:
1) Written test
This is the first company where i given written test for 3+ year experience.
It contained objective type question
a) Java questions
b) J2EE questions : although i attented interview for android developer but their question paper contained J2EE related questions. I checked with the HR she was not aware of why this interview is for and told us to not to answer this questions.
c) Verbal questions
2) Technical F2F
Written test results annonced after 1 hour. They had only one panel for technical F2F.
So i got a chance to meet the interviewer only after 3 hours.
Technical interview was very simple and clearly shows that interviewer didn't know much about android.
He asked very simple questions about OOPS basic, one simple algorithm and some android questions.
3) Technical Telephonic
After a Week i got a call for Telephonic Technical round.
Where project lead called and asked about my previous experience for about 40 mins.
It consists of my projects details, its design, android components used etc.
4) Managerial Round 1
After a week again i got called for final 2 rounds.
The delivery lead took first managerial round, it consists of simple design problem.
And i asked them about their project requirement and current work they are doing etc.
5) Managerial Round 2
Immediately i sent to other meeting room to meet CEO. We discussed about security in android etc.
Then normal managerial questions like why you want to leave old company etc.
