I worked at Ocean Beauty Seafoods as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Everyone was very friendly and easy to get along with. Took good care of employees. Offered employee discounts on seafood.

    Cons

Very limited opportunity for promotion. Worked for them in Alaska so there wasn't a large staff to handle pay issues or other similar problems.
