Revenue Cycle consists of multiple departments that partner to provide patient financial services on both the front and back end of the patient experience. I worked at Ochsner Health System full-time (More than a year)
Working here was great! Management is very kind and always available to the employees. There is always new opportunities available and nothing is out of reach! Great people to work with and for what I have experience everyone seems to pulls their own.
Working here you need to remember that you will be working for a growing organization that is in the ever changing healthcare industry. This organization is one of the largest of its kind in the area and is seeing many growing pains due to all the changes we are experience in healthcare. The benefits are good but expensive and not the best I have seen!
Advice to Management
I know that turnover in your departments can be troublesome but try not holding someone back from their true potential and please don't hold a grudge against them for trying to better themselves. A little praise and encouragement goes a really long way.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Ochsner Health System (New Orleans, LA).
Very lengthly process that consisted of a phone screen with the Recruiting Manager, a one-on-one interview with the Director, one interview with an AVP, two panel interviews with the team and I facilitated three presentations. All of the interviews and presentations were grouped together so I only went to the office three times. The best part has been that the team members are awesome and extremely knowledgable which made it a joy to see them at each round of the interview process and has continued to leave me excited about the potential to work with them. I can tell that they are concerned about making the right choice for the anticipated project work load, which is understandable. I haven't been extended an offer at this time, I'm still waiting to hear their final decision.
