    Pros

    Great colleagues. Everyone is easy to get along with. Not any big egos or bad apples. Merit environment where you can get far and have a real impact if you are a driven. Casual dress in the office. Good work-life balance. This is not a place where your are expected to work around the clock (which ties back to being able to get far if you are driven).

    Cons

    For a while the company focused too much on sales rather than the product. I think they've learned their lesson because they saw competitors catching up to them. This year they've put more focus on updating the product and making sure we have something good to sell. They're expanding the product to be a suite of tools rather than just one tool. There are some growing pains with that.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focusing on the product. Sales will come if the product is great.
