Incredible client base and solidified position in the growing digital marketing industry. A lot of the traditional startup perks: Unlimited PTO, snacks/food, casual dress, beer, etc. New CRO is slowly beginning to turn things around.
The technology platform has some great new features, but has an incredibly outdated base that the company is not in a hurry to replace (most likely because they can't easily). The marketing department has been non-existent for about two years and while Demand-Gen is in the midst of a remake, the product marketing efforts are out of touch with the market. Leadership is a bit bi-polar and pivots frequently as they try to figure out the direction of the company. Poor hires in all departments make this even more difficult.
Advice to Management
Get rid of dead weight and strip down the company. Competitors that are 1/3 of your size in head count are killing you because of superior product marketing. Boost cross-team communication, especially between product and sales.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Offerpop (New York, NY) in April 2015.
The interview process was straight forward and pretty easy. I was contacted by their tech recruiter and she walked me through the process (recruiter screen, talk with an engineering director, code test and a panel in-person interview with lunch), was timely, answered all my questions and made it easy to communicate directly with engineering managers.
