    I have been working at Ogilvy Healthworld (more than a year)


    The people that populate the company are great, positive attitudes in general. Hours of work didn't kill anyone, very reasonable expectations. actually better than most agencies I have worked at. fairly low stess.


    the creative output could be turned up. Not that it was bad, could just be better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Open it up to more creatives when pitching/concepting. You will get better results overall, and a happier staff.

    Interview Details

    I had submitted my resume online and a week or two later was asked to come in for an interview. The interview was with the director of the division and was semi-formal and in English. I then met with an account manager to test the fit with the company.
