can be a fun environment, smart people, happy hour fridays, distinctly separate from O&M which is sometimes a good thing

Understaffed at times, some departments will hire [literally] anyone, lot of politics, tough to get reviewed/raises, distinctly separate from O&M which is often a negative thing

    Advice to Management

Openness and honesty is all that is needed

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ogilvy Healthworld in May 2009.

I had submitted my resume online and a week or two later was asked to come in for an interview. The interview was with the director of the division and was semi-formal and in English. I then met with an account manager to test the fit with the company.
