    Pros

Great location in downtown DC: near the Dupont Circle Metro. Very smart, creative, and forward thinking team!

    Cons

Provide more competitive benefits - especially PTO (not combining sick, vacation and other paid time off together). Separate the PTO to allow for better work-life balance.
