    I worked at OgilvyAction full-time (more than a year)


    35 hour work week; week between Christmas and new year's day off; collaborative atmosphere; gym, health center, and full cafeteria on premises; good benefits package


    Inconvenient location; zero focus on employee development or retention; low salary; no bonuses or raises

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in your employees! If they're interested in learning a new side of the business, give them (or at least direct them to) the tools they need to succeed.
