    I worked at Okaya full-time (more than a year)


    These are as per my time. so can't tell you much about current, but i don't think much would have change.

    Balanced work Life.
    Salary Structure is some what defined.
    Infrastructure is good.
    Training's are offered so good learning platform.


    At that moment I didn't had any complains. So overall good.
    One thing may be i can say, salary was given on 7th of every month which seemed trouble for me. But nothing else.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep rocking. You always have scope of improvement. Try Quarterly or Half Yearly review from employees and try to implement the focus areas.
