I have been working at Oklahoma Department of Human Services full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

People are nice, no ridiculous deadlines, lots of time to work on projects if changes are needed. Ample vacation and sick leave.

    Cons

No cost of living raise in last 7 years, nothing. Benefit costs go up, but salary stays the same.

    Interview Details

they asked scripted questions to every person interviewing, and then give you one math question to answer. interviewers appeared bothered if you asked questions regarding the job or the interview process. people were nice but unapproachable.

    Reasons for Declining

no face to face contact with the public, all the work would have been on the phone. not a challenging enough position. for someone right out of school, would probably be a good starting point.

    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview
