    Pros

I loved working for the Honors College. There were a lot of opportunities for growth and the leadership was very personable. They were always accommodating and understanding of my personal and academic responsibilities.

    Cons

Office politics. The people are mostly nice, but it is difficult to avoid politics. The best way to avoid those things is to not respond.

    Advice to Management

It would be helpful for the management to stay on the same page not just within the office, but with the Success Center as a whole.
