    Pros

Working with nice people, the food was really good, just like any other waitressing job, you can't help the rude customers you get.

    Cons

managers were always being switched , too confusing and always ran out of basic supplies like napkins, straws, etc.

    Advice to Management

Try being a little more organized.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Olga's Kitchen.

    Interview

I first met with the assistant manager and had a basic "get to know you" interview. She then set up an interview for me with the store's GM. After a 30 minute conversation (during which I barely got a word in) I was offered the job. There were no hard, hair pulling questions.
