    Pros

All parties are interested in helping to ensure your max potential and you have the tools to do so.

    Cons

Healthcare market is the most challenging especially with contracts and compliance issues. Infrastructure is added to seemly "willy nilly". Many people new who do not contribute to field success. Areas such as Marketing need to first look at the needs of sales, not the next meeting they need to attend.

    Advice to Management

    Stay the course!

Next day a manager called and asked several questions depending on the job description and the basic skills listed in my resume. For each questions, there are technical questions and personal questions, he also asked several examples.
