    I have been working at Omnicare full-time for more than a year


    The positive working for Omnicare / Advanced Care Scripts provides the ability to learn in the health industry. Having the opportunities to help different patients on numerous different levels.


    The Hourly rate for Customer Service representatives could be better. Especially when the representatives consistently have to learn about new medications, processes, protocols, insurance plans, co-pay assistance programs. Working for a company who understands or knows the worth of their customer service representatives could or would make office moral better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Just take a look at everything Customer Service Representatives have to learn in order to present the Core Values of Omnicare.

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at Omnicare.

    Interview Details

    Had a phone interview and a week later was called in for an on site interview. It was a 4 panel interview, they only asked maybe two questions and the rest was them going over job details, scheduling, company info. etc
